The concept of group therapy can be anxiety producing for some people. Keeping that in mind, my experience is group therapy can provide a very powerful opportunity to create an amazingly healthy change in each person involved. There are very few things similar to being in a room with a group of other people who are struggling with similar issues. I have facilitated didactic groups, evidenced based practice groups, process groups, and curriculum based groups.
